摘要
本文报告绿脓杆菌内毒素蛋白疫苗对207例绿脓杆菌感染的临床疗效。121例烧伤后绿脓杆菌感染患者中31例治疗后创面细菌培养29例阴转(94％),治疗组阴转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间明显缩短。86例非烧伤绿脓杆菌感染患者治疗后总有效率为79％,伤口术后感染疗效高达92％。
207 patients of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections were treated with corresponding vaccine prepared from endotoxin-protein of this micro-organism (EP). As a preventive measure in 121 burn patients, EP definitely reduced the chance of infection as compared with the controls (P<0.05). Among them 31 patients had their wound-surface-culture positive to this micro-organism. EP not only promoted the wound-healing but also cleared this micro-organism away from the wound in 29 out of 31 cases (94%). In 86 non-burn patients due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in general, EP was also very effective therapeutically. For the post-operative cases, EP could reduce the chance of infection due to this micro-organism from 92 to 67%.
