摘要
20例肝豆状核变性患者口服葡萄糖酸锌1.6g/d,14例症状改善。治疗前后对比,血清铜降低显著(P<0.05),血清锌显著升高(P<0.01),血清Cu/Zn比值下降显著(P<0.01);脑脊液铜降低不显著,脑脊液锌升高较显著(P<0.05),脑脊液Cu/Zn比值降低显著(P<0.05);24h尿排铜显著增高(P<0.01)。11例服0.84 g/d组,8例症状改善;但治疗前后对比血清和脑脊液铜、锌测定及24h尿排铜等均无显著变化。认为口服本药可替代硫酸锌治疗肝豆状核变性。
Plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels of copper and zinc and urine copper before and after the treatment with zinc gluconate (1.6 g/d po) were determined on 20 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration for studying the urinary excretion of copper in such patients.The results were: (1)14 out of the 20 patients showed clinical symptom improvement; (2)all patients showed increased excretion of copper(P<0.01); (3)plasma zinc was markedly increased(P<0.01); (4)plasma copper and Cu/Zn ratio was significantly decreased (P<0.05;P<0.01); (5,CSF zinc was markedly increased(P<0.05); (6)CSF Cu/Zn ratio was significantly decreased(P< 0.05). The same drug was given to 11 patients with a dosage of 0.84 g/d po, 8 patients showed improvement of clinical symptoms but it did not significantly influence copper metabolism. According to our experiences, we consider that zinc gluconate was useful in the treatment of Wilson's disease.
