摘要
本文报道以尿囊素为主的系列制剂防治1799例皮肤皲裂的资料,并与489例皮肤皲裂病人作对照比较取得较好疗效。4种愈裂贴膏和尿囊素脂或复方尿囊素脂均分别优于其相应的对照组。研究结果表明尿囊素系列制剂对皲裂的疗效都比目前治疗皲裂最佳制剂(15％尿素脂)为佳(p<0.01)。
1799 patients suffered from rhagades over the palm or sole were treated at random with four different kinds of allantoin preparations either in forms of plasters or creams .Another 489 patients of same disease were treated with 15% urea cream as control. Improvements indicating the softening or moistening of the lesions were obtained up to 89-96% with plasters and 93-95% with creams. Thera-peutically, it is definite th at preparations of allantoin are superior to urea cream (P<0.05).No cummulative or crossed toxicities were found among those received allantoin preparations.
