摘要
文中提出并建立一种实用准确、灵活简便的加权型非线性数学模型，以应用于电力规划的负荷预测．并编写了建模和预测计算程序．
This essay aims at raising and founding a kind of practical,accurate,nimble,simple and convenient weighted unlinear math model used in load forecast in power porogram. The author also makes a building model and a forecast caculating program.
