Processing the Cobalt Modified Magnetic Powder with Surface Active Agents

摘要 用多种表面活性剂处理了包钴磁粉,并按Washburn方程测定其斜率值.就中以季铵盐和聚乙烯醇混合物的处理效果最好,在丁酮、甲苯和环己酮3种溶剂中,其斜率值均增大近一倍. The cobalt modified magnetic powder has been processed with numbers of surface active agents and the slopes of the straight lines obtained from Washburn equation have also been measured. The best results have been gained by processing the magnetic powder with the mixture of quaternary ammonium salt and PVA. Its slopes in three solvents of toluene, 2-butanone and cyclohexanone have been nearly doubled.
