摘要
应用掌长肌及掌腱膜转位于环、小指Ａ１滑车，并根据畸形轻重分别将掌侧皮肤短缩０．３～０．６ｃｍ的方法矫正环、小指爪形手畸形１５例。术后随访５个月～２年，畸形均获矫正，未见复发。环、小指伸屈功能良好．
Abstract A method to correct claw hand was used in 15 cases,which transfers the palmaris longus with aponeurosis palmaris to ring and small fingers A1 pulley,and according to the condition of deformities,shortens the palmar skin from 0.3 to 0.6 cm.The deformities existed from 8 months to 3 years.After follow-up for 5 mouths to 2 years,good results were achieved:the deformities were corrected and no relapse occurred.
