摘要
应用生物膜修补腱鞘治疗急诊Ⅱ区屈肌腱损伤３２例，获得满意效果．认为Ⅱ区周肌腱损伤修复后用生物膜修补补鞘有利于肌腱的营养和愈合．并可减轻粘连。
Abstract Thirty-two cases with emergent flexor tendon injury in 'No-Man's-Land' were treated with biological membrane to repair tendon sheath defect. The results were satisfactory.Repair tendon sheath defect with biological membrane is beneficial to the nutrition and bealing of injured tendon aam to reducing adhesion.
