摘要
首先建立了一类上层多目标、下层多人有关联单目标的两层决策问题的数学模型利决策机理，然后将其转化为等价的两层单目标规划问题，采用外部逼近法求解此两层单目标规划问题，以获得两层决策问题的满意解。
In view of a kind of bilevel decision making problem with multiobjective upper level and noninterconnected-person singular objective lower level,the mathematical model and the decision mechanism are established.The problem then is transfered into equiva-lent bilevel singular objective programming problem。The preferred solution of the bilevel decision making problem is obtained by using outer approximation method from the resulting problem。
