摘要
在对pH-ISFET传感器参数及其输出特性分析的基础上,讨论了四种测量pH-ISFET传感器的模式和适用条件,以及实现差分测量的简单方法。在ISFET/REFET差分对结构测量中,以金膜作为辅助电极取代传统的甘汞参考电极仍得到较好的线性响应。
Based on the PH-ISFET sensor's parameters and its I-V characteristic, four kinds of operating modes and their suitable conditions are discussed andsimple differential sensing circuits are given. Substituting conventional calomel reference electrode with An film counter-electrode, a good linear response is achievedin ISFET/REFET pair differential circuit.
