摘要
颅面联合切除筛窦癌瘤１０例，取额部冠状切口，跨越上矢状窦开颅，切除前颅凹底骨板及肿瘤，面部取鼻侧切开进路，剥离肿瘤与颅内贯通，将肿瘤与侵犯的组织整块切除。提出了手术适应证、禁忌证、主张综合治疗。
Abstract The effect of treatment by craniafacial approach in 10 patients with ethmoid sinus tu-mors was reported. In all patients, we perbrmed a coronal incicision and frontal craniotomy。The tumors involving anterion cranial fossa were remoyed and dural defect reparired withtemporal fascia or periosteum.In the facial part,we cut all lesions and its involving tissue。All cases had been followed-up.The autors proposed that in order to improve the curative ef-fect , combined treatment with radiotherapy or chemotherapy before or after operation shouldbe considered。
