摘要
采用大功率CO_2激光非平衡合成Al_2O_3-WO_3陶瓷新工艺。分析了激光合成陶瓷的组织结构,测量了激光合成Al_2O_3-WO_3材料的阻-温特性。通过X射线粉末分析和微区电阻测量,初步证明Al_xWO_3相为激光合成Al_2O_3-WO_3系材料的导电相。
The non-equilibrium synthesis of Al2O3-WO3 ceramics by high power laser has been in-vestigated.The microstructure of the product was observed.The data of measurement onthe electrical properties shows that the cerarnics have some unique properties such as the lin-ear variation of the resistance with the temperature and with NTC characteristics.It hasbeen proved that the conducting phase in the laser-synthesized Al2O3-WO3 ceramics is thenon-equilibrium product AlxWO3 which does not exist in the Al2O3-WO3 equilibrium phase di-agram.
