摘要
本文讨论了自差型光电反馈(OEFB)半导体激光器的稳定性,给出了稳定运转的条件,分析了反馈参数对稳定性的影响。
Tne stability properties of the self-heterodyne type optoelectrical feedback(OEFB)semiconductor laser are described.The condition for stable operation are given,and the effect of feedback parameters on stabilitg are analyzed.
