摘要
对黄土高原现有林业资源进行了归类分析评价。分别资源类型对其开发利用与持续发展问题，进行了必要的探讨。针对生产中存在的问题，对作为防护林种的森林再生资源之开发利用，进行了深入研究，对防护林更新提出了合理的建议。对林业资源开发，提出了“以开发利用促持续发展，以持续发展实现永续利用”的经营方针，及全方位开发的战思想。
Forestry resources of the Loess Plateau were classified and evaluated. The reasonable suggestion was made for the regeneration of a protection forest. The management guiding principle, with exploiting to gear up continuous development and with sustaining to achieve the sustained yield of forest, was made for tapping the forest resources.
