本文论述了经济发展的速度、结构、效益三者之间的关系,阐明了效益是核心,结构是基础,速度是在有最佳效益、有最优结构的前提下推进经济发展的。
This paper discusses the relationship between economic growth speeds, structure and benefits, expounds that benefit is the core, structure is the base, speed pushes on economics growth under those circumstances of the best benefit and structure.
