摘要
采用程序教学法，探索适宜师范院校体育系铅球普修课的教学途径．对本校体育系本科９３级两个男生班２５名学生进行实验与对照分析，结果表明，实验组整体成绩明显优于对照组，且能在有限的学时内使学生牢固掌握背向推铅球完整的技术动作．
A program teaching method for the put shot is described. It is used in the practical education and is compared with classical method. As the results show, the program method is superior to the classical method. The students can master the skill of the back put shot in short time. The education result is satisfactory.
