摘要
简述了高频焊接原理,并且详细地介绍了新焊接磁棒的研制技术。饱和磁化强度M_s是各向异性常数K_1和磁致伸缩系数λ_s的函数。一般来说,K_1和λ_s随着温度而变化。通过改变K_1和λ_s随温度变化的规律,可令M_s随温度变化曲线得到改善,因而可使得新焊接磁棒高温特性非常好。通过磁导率μ与磁场H关系的分析,指出达到最佳效果的高频焊接的操作原则。
he principle of high frequency welding is briefly described and the technology devel-oped for a welded bar magnet is presented.The saturated magnetization Ms is the function ofmagnetic anisotropic constant K1 and magnetostrictive constant λs and K1 and λs normally varywith the temperature T,The relationships between both K1 and λs with the temperature Tcan be modified so that the Ms-T curve is improved to give excellent high temperature behav-ior of the welded bar magnet.The method of carrying out the high frequency welding to givebest results and energy saving is discussed.
