摘要
According to the national blood survey in 1991,the prevalence rate for isolated systolic hypertension (SBP≥160 and DBP <90 mmHg,ISH) was 1.25%. The prevalence of our survey was significantly lower than the western countries,and the prevalence in female and in South was always higher than in male and in North of China. The trend in prevalence rate for ISH was so different from general hypertension. The prevalence rate of general hypertension in man and in North always was higher than in female and in South of China.
