摘要
本系统由线阵ＣＣＤ传感器和单片微电脑组成，适合在动态条件下无接触地检测各种线材（塑料导线、裸铜线、钢丝等）的直径，能通过显示系统进行显示及利用打印机定时打印或自身存贮，测量精度±１．４μｍ。该系统具有测量速度快、精度高、对环境要求低等特点。
The linear array CCD regarded as a photoelectric sensor with high sensitivity is widely used for the various non-contact measurements. This system consists of the linear array CCD sensor and a computer on slice. It can be used for measuring the diameter of the various wires (such as plastic conductor,bare wire and steel wire etc.)under the condition of dynamic. The measuring results can be shown on the display and be typed out and stored. The measuring precision can be up to ±1. 4μm. The system is of fast in measurement,high in precision.
