摘要
本文分析了光学瓦斯检定器的光学原理,指出国内外文献中存在的缺点,定量计算出光程差,分析了干涉条纹,提出了仪器的调试方法,为维修、使用提供了有益的参考.
In this paper,the optical principle of optical gas detectors is analyzed,and some defects existing in documents home and abroud pointed out. Based on quantitative calculation of path differences and analysis of interference fringes, an adjusting method of the instrument is put forward,which,gives valuable reference for maintenance and use of it.
