摘要
用扫描电镜对水稻的当代花粉在柱头上附着及萌发状态的观察发现:花粉的附着量呈现出亚种间<品种间<籼/粳广亲和及粳/籼广亲和间的趋势。籼粳亚种间的杂交组合,在花粉管伸长的前端出现膨大、弯曲、盘绕等多种异常现象,而品种间及籼粳与带有广亲和基因品种间的杂交组合,花粉管的生长较为正常。花粉内容物在授粉后3h之内几乎没有释放,4h开始大量地释放,5h左右基本释放完毕。
Adsorption and germination of pollens in crosses within and between indi-ca and japonica crosses were observed with a scanning electron microscope. Three types of crosses were used: (1) indica/indica (I/I), (2) japonica/japonica (J/J), (3) indica/japonica (I/J), (4) indica/wide compatible varieties (I/W) and japonica/wide compatible varieties (J/W). The results showed that the amounts of pollen adsorption appeared in the following order: I/J <I/I = J/J, I/W = J/W- Various abnormalities were observed in I/J types of crosses during pollen tube elongation, while no obvious abnormalities were observed in other types of crosses. No release of the pollen content was detected within 3 h of pollination,large amount of,elease was observed at the 4th h after pollination, and release was complet-ed 5 h after pollination.
