摘要
介绍了Ｂ３０２Ｑ、Ｂ３０３Ｑ球形耐硫变换催化剂在中变串低变工艺中的应用情况。提出了该工艺流程中解决热交换器泄漏，低变炉带水，开停车期间低变炉进空气等问题的措施。并指出该类催化剂不宜钝化。
This paper introduces the application conditions of B302Q, B303Q spherical sulphur-tol-erant shift catalysts in medium temperature shift union low temperature shift process. The oultion methods of heat exchanger leaks, low temperature shift furance entered water and air etc.are posde. Furthermore pointed out the above mentioned kind catalysts are not suitable for inactivation
