摘要
本文测定了Binswanger病患者和相应对照组的局部大脑血流量及红细胞滤过指数的变化。结果发现,疾病组双侧大脑皮质及白质血流均无明显差异,大脑白质血流明显低于健康对照组和各病例对照组,疾病组红细胞滤过指数明显高于各对照组。提示Binswanger病患者存在红细胞变形能力低下,检测脑血流对于鉴别不同类型的大脑白质疏松症有一定的参考价值。
Regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and erythrocyte filtration index were examined in patient with Binswanger disease (BD) and controls. The results showed that rCBF was no significant different on both hemispheres in BD group, rCBF of white matter was lower and erythrocyte filtration index was higher in BD group than in any other controls significantly. These data suggest that erythrocyte deformability decreases in patients with BD, rCBF examination is benifit to the differential diagnosis of leukoencephalopathy caused by different reasons.
