链激酶在猫脑内血肿模型中的局部应用

Lysis of Intracerebral Homatomas with Streptokinase in Cat Experimental Model

摘要 猫额叶脑内血肿模型中局部应用链激酶溶化凝血块的实验组10例,6例(60%)血肿完全溶化。对照组10例,血肿内注入生理盐水均未溶化。病理组织学观察,实验组血肿周围脑组织的病理改变轻于对照组。链激酶对动物模型脑内血肿局部应用有良好的溶化凝血块的作用。 Streptokinase (SK), a potent thrombolytic agent, was tested in a cat model for efficacy and safety in lysing intracerebral hematomas. Clots lysis had been achieved in 6 (60%) of 10 SK-treated animals as compared to 0 of 10 controls. The degree of histological abnormality around hematoma in the experiment group was lighter than that in the control group. These studies sugggest that SK may be safely and effectively employed for the lysis of intracerebral hematomas in the animal model.
