摘要
应用免疫电镜技术,对DMD和正常对照骨胳肌基膜层粘连蛋白(LN)定位分布进行观察,表明LN定位于肌基膜,高电子密度反应产物呈线状分布于肌细胞质膜外层。DMD肌基膜和毛细血管基底膜显示高电子密度产物呈带状分布,外观粗糙并可出现双层或多层结构。对其中2例DMD进行的LN·IgG·Fab-辣根过氧化物酶交联物(HRP)酶标染色观察,证实了DMD肌基膜确有缺损改变,这为DMD膜缺陷理论提供了新的病理形态学证据。
Electron microscope immunocytochemical method was used to study the localization and distribution of laminin in 4 cases of DMD and 5 controls. The results revealed that laminin was localized in the muscular basement membranes (BM) and showed folding and duplication in DMD. Two cases treated with Fab'-HRP of the BM, and presented a local absence and discontinuous in the muscular BM of DMD.
