摘要
本文从Ｃ－Ｄ生产函数出发，讨论了适合我国企业改革现状的一类生产函数，研究其具有经济意义的数学性质和最优化问题。
In this paper,we cosider a kind of production functions based on the Cobb-Douglusfunction that suits for the businesses of Chjna,then we study their mathe matical characters with e-conomic meaning and the optimize problems.
