摘要
本文对腺性肾盂炎、腺性输尿管炎、腺性尿道炎各１例，及腺性膀胱炎２０例的临床、病理、组织化学和免疫组织化学特征进行了综合分析．探讨了这类泌尿道增生和化生性病变的发病机理、临床处理原则以及与腺癌、腺样分化移行上皮癌、前列腺增生、尿道肉阜和尿道旁腺腺瘤的鉴别诊断要点．
One case of pyelitis glandularis, one case of ureteritis glandularis, one case of urethritis glandularis and 20 cases of cystitis glandularis were reported with clinicopathological , histochemical and immunohistochemical analyses. The pathogenesis and clinical management of these lesions were discussed. The key points in differential diagnosis of these lesions from adenocarcinoma,transitional cell carcinoma with adenoid differentiation ,prostatic hyperplasia, urethral caruncle and urethral adenoma were also noted.
