摘要
作者收集十年来所收治的54例食管贲门癌患者资料进行分析。结果表明:肿瘤分布以食管中段为多(48.14%)、贲门次之(29.63%)。手术切除率达79.63%(43/54)。术后并发症共六种12例(22.22%),以肺功能不全及吻合口瘘较为常见。手术死亡率为5.56%。作者认为:充分地术前准备可使患者安全地渡过手术期,并有效地减少并发症的发生;良好的手术操作及术后护理是提高治愈率的关键。作者对食管贲门癌围手术期的主要并发症的防治进行了探讨。
The author has collected and analysed the information on 54 cases ofesophagus and cardia cancers for past ten years. The result bas represented: Thedistribution of tumors takes the first place at the middle section of esophagus(48. 14% ) and the second place at cardia (29. 63% ). The operative resectabilityrate is 79. 63% (43/54). Twelve cases with six kinds of postoperative complicationsoccured (22. 22%). The incomplete pulmonary function and anastomotic leakageare more common. The operative mortality rate is 5. 56%. The author considers that the sufficient preoperative preparation make the patient safely spend the operative period and the complications reduced efficiently; the good operation and postoperative care are a key to enhance the cure rate. The author also discusses the prevention of main complications of patients with esophagus and cardia cancers at postoperative period.
