摘要
前列腺素用于治疗消化性溃疡具有抑制胃酸分泌，细胞保护作用，抗溃疡作用。临床资料表明其治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡疗效与组胺Ｈ２受体相近，缓解症状迅速．复发率较Ｈ２受体阻断剂低，微克剂量水平即发挥作用，副作用轻微。
