摘要
本研究主要针对我省每年春季往往发生寒流低温冷冻这一气象特点,探讨低温对昆虫致死作用的可能性和致死作用强度.以农业害虫旋幽夜蛾Scotogramniu Trforlii Rotte-mberg卵期为研究重点,通过测定过冷却点、结冰点和不同低温强度及持续时间的冷冻处理,得出如下结论.卵的过冷却点和结冰点分别为-10.3±0.7℃、-4.3±0.2℃;一定低温条件下,处理时间愈长,卵孵化率愈低,随着低温强度加大,卵孵化率明显降低;同时讨论了卵发育进度与低温处理之间的致死效应关系.
From 1993 to 1994, We conducted a study on the cold hardiness of egg of Scotogramn iu Trforlii Rottemberg. The results are summariged as follows: Supercooling point -10.3±0.7℃ freezing point -4.3±0.2℃; In low temperature the longer the time of treatment is, the lower the hatchability of eggs is.At the same time the relationship between the growth of eggs and the treatment in low temperature is very vital.
