摘要
１０４例皮肤转移性癌肿作临床病理分析，其原发肿瘤与皮肤转移瘤均经病理证实．结果表明，原发肿瘤在乳腺２８例，肺２１例，胃１４例，结肠１１例，肾、食道、卵巢和宫颈各３例，其它少数部位８例，黑色素瘤１０例，而最常见转移到皮肤的癌肿在男性为肺癌、胃癌及黑色素瘤，在女性为乳腺癌、结肠癌及肺癌．１０４例皮肤转移性癌肿中，３９例（３７％）为多发性和多灶性皮肤转移，６５例（６３％）系单发皮肤转移，来自肺和肾脏的癌肿，其皮肤转移瘤常先于原发肿瘤被发现．最后，对原发和转移性皮肤癌肿的鉴别诊断作讨论．
The clinicopathologic features of cutaneous metastasis were studied in 104 patients with histopathologic confirmation of both the primary tumors and the secondary lesions in the skin. Primary tumors were found in the breast (28 cases), lung(21 cases), stomach (14 cases), colon (11 cases),kidney (3 cases), esophagus (3 cases) ,ovary (3 cases), uterine cervix (3 cases),others (8 cases)and melanoma (10 cases). The most common metastases to skin in men were from carcinomas of the lung, stomach and melanoma and in women from carcinomas of the breast, colon and lung. Among 104 patients with metastasis to the skin, 39 cases (37%) had multiple and multifocal skin metastases, and 65 cases (63%) had solitary metastasis. Cutaneous metastatic lesions from carcinomas of the lung and kidney were often recognized before the primary tumor. Finally, differential diagnosis of primary from metastatic cutaneous tumors was discussed.
