摘要
应用ELISA技术对30份羊血清、肌肉肝脏标本进行HBV—HBsAg水平检测.结果血清阳性率20%,肝脏阳性率10%.表明羊体内含有HBV—HBsAg相似的类属抗原及相关抗体,提示对羊体内检出HBV—HBsAg应起重视,建议对羊开展乙肝的研究,研究动物类HBV与人HBV的异同及关系,寻找HBV动物模型.
HBV-HBsAg test was carried out on 30 samples of sheepserum,livers andmuscles with ELISA method. It resulted that 20 percentof the serum samples showed positive reactions,so did 10 percent of thelivers samples,indicating that the group-antigen and relative antibodyboth similar to HBV-HBsAg existed in the sheep's body. Warning thatmuchattention should be paid to HBV-HBsAg tested in sheep's body. Itis suggested that carrying out studies on HBV in sheep be necessary,that is,to study the differences and relationships between man's andanimal's 1HBV, to search a HBV animal model.
