摘要
阐述了７０年来美洲山杨（ＰｏｐｕｌｕｓｔｒｅｍｕｂｃｉｄｅｓＭｉｃｈｘ．）炭团菌（Ｈｙｐｏｘｙｌｏｎｍａｍｍａｔｕｍ（Ｗａｈｌ．）Ｍｉｌｌ．）溃疡病的研究进展．主要涉及病菌的寄主范围和地理分布．病害的侵染循环、寄主植物的化学保护反应（植物抗毒素）、炭团菌毒素、环境因素对病害的影响、抗病性的遗传等．并探讨了今后需要继续研究的问题．
This article is a review,concerning the research advances on Hypoxylon canker of aspen duringpeventy years,including the hosts and geographic range,disease cycle,host defenses to infection(phytoalexin),toxic properties of pathogen metabolites(phytoal,xin),environmental interactions,genetic of disease resis-tance,and impact of hypoxylon canker and other problems of aspen. A number of questions for future researchare also discussed in this paper.
