摘要
采用三水平三因素有重复试验的正交试验设计方案,详细研究了蛋重蛋形指数和喷水对孵化率的影响。结果:蛋形指数范围在72—76％,蛋重范围在50—59克的种蛋在不喷水孵化的情况下孵化率最高,平均为80.4％
Orthogonal experiment design with three levels and three factors in dupilicate was used to study the effect of egg weight and egg shape index and water spraying on hatchability. the result showed that the highest hatchability averaged 80.4% under the condition that egg shape index ranged from 72% to 76% and egg size from 50g to 59g without spraying water.
