摘要
雷公藤和强的松均因具有免疫抑制作用而被应用于肾病综合征的治疗。因其作用的环节不同，所以两者合用可以减少用量，减轻副作用，又提高了疗效，特别是对高度浮肿的成年病人更为合适。
