摘要
睑外翻临床表现复杂，手术方法较多，对每一种表现的睑外翻在手术方法的选择上都有一定难度．作者总结分析了４例不同原因及表现的睑外翻采用不同手术方法修复失败的经验教训，失败原因包括：①手术方法选择不当；②手术设计不当；③手术中处理不当；①睑袋去除术后引起的睑外翻，患者要求高，无理想的手术方法选择．
Abstract The clinical manifestation of eye lid ectropion is very complicated.There are many operation mtehods,it is diffecult to choose the operation method for each kind of eyelid ectropion.Authors analysed the experience and lesson of the failing to repair four cases of different eye lid ectropion using different operation methods.The causes of failure include:1)the choice of the operation method is not good; 2) the design of the operation is not good;3)the treatment of the operation is not good;4)eyelid ectropion caused by the operation of eye bag removal,the demand of the patient is too high,and there is no ideal operation method.
