摘要
本文报告用开放“Ｕ”型切口，在直视下行Ⅱ期矫正唇裂修复术后鼻畸形９例，获得满意效果。报道了手术方法及其优点，并对术中注意事项，进行了讨论。
Abstract cases of nose deformity of the unilateral cleft lip were secondary corrected with open reverse 'U' incision technique.The surgical result is satisfactory. The article presents the operative method . result and advantage. Attention in operation and operative time are discussed.
