摘要
较长时间以来，单侧唇裂的修复往往多着重于唇部软组织裂隙的整复，由于患侧鼻翼基部骨量发育不足，均难于达到对称的效果。作者在修复唇部软组织的同时，进行同种异体胚胎骨结合羟基磷灰石（称复合胚胎骨）植入垫高鼻翼基部矫正鼻翼塌陷畸形。临床上应用１５例、伤口均１期愈合，经随访６～１８个月，恢复了功能和外貌，效果较满意，为单侧唇鼻翼塌陷修复开僻了一条新途径，为临床提供了一种新的骨移植、美容、整形材料。
Abstract Unilateral cleft lip was repaired at the same time with transplantation of complex brepho-bone correction unilaterl cleft lip nose wings deformity.Experimental research observation of the cornplex brepho-bone was taken place under the general morpholoy,X-ray,light microscope,fluorescent microscpoe and transferelectron microscopc.The results was indicated that complex brepho-bone have good biocompatibility and evidence osteoinduction effect. Clinical application 15 cases,the wound was healed very good.Follow-up 6-18 months,the result was demanded that restoration functional and facial aesthetics of all patients were satisfied.
