摘要
应用Ｍａｎｕｅｌ介绍的双侧唇裂修复术式，修复９例，取得了良好的临床效果。这个手术的优点是，具有较完美的对称唇部外形，能获得较深的唇沟，避免了前庭瘘的出现。同时对手术的适应证，口轮匝肌重建的标准作了讨论。
Abstract The bilateral clefe lips in 9 patients have been repaired by the authors with a technique introduced by Manuel.The results are quite satisfactory in all cases.The advantages of this technique are that a more natural results with better symmetry is obtained, a deeper labial sulcus is achieved and the undesirable vestibular fistula is avoided. The indications of the operation designs and the criteria in the management of orbicular muscle is analyzed.
