NO对兔急性局灶脑缺血后脑水肿和缺血灶的保护作用 被引量:2

Protective Effect of Nitric Oxide (NO) on The Rabbit Focal Brain Ischemia

摘要 本文在兔MCAO局灶脑缺血模型基础上,利用外源性NO前体物质L-精氨酸和NO合成酶抑制剂L-NNA研究NO对脑缺血后脑水肿和脑缺血灶的影响、结果提示NO对脑缺血脑水肿具有保护作用,而L-NNA则会扩大脑缺血灶的范围。 Based on rabbit MCAO focal brain ischemic model,we studied the effect of NOon ischemic brain by using L-Arginine,a precursor of NO and NOS inhibitor-L-NNA, 42NZW rabbits was divided into 7 groups, namely control group,sham-operated group, MCAOischemic group,MCAO+NS group, MCAO+L-Arg group,MCAO+D-Arg group, MCAO+L-Arg +L-NNA group with 6 each. The results verified that the brain tissue H2O ,Na+,Ca2+content was decreased significantly (P<0.01) in L-Arg treated group compared with simpleischemic MCAO group. The brain infarction volume was also decreased remarkably (P<0.01 ). It is suggested that the effect of L-Arg was accomplished through the production of NO,NO has the function of relaxing blood vessels,hence Iessen ischemic brain edema and de-crease the infarction volume,which may improving the clinical prognosis of brain ischemia.
