摘要
采用正交回归法进行熔盐电解富镧金属的试验过程及结果。得出了电流效率y=0.4754-0.0118x_1+0.05323x_2-1.901×10 ̄(-3)x_3+0.1099x_4+0.01526x_1x_2+5.319×10 ̄(-3)x_1x_3-0.01433x_1x_4-0.02897x_2x_3+9.356×10 ̄(-3)x_2x_4+0.02037x_3x_4。显著性和可靠性检验表明,回归方程拟合良好,可靠性高,可用于预报和控制。采用该方法,试验工作量小,精度高,便于寻优。
The experimental procedures and results obtained in the study on the preparation of mischmetal rich in lanthanum with fusion electrolysis using the regressive-orthogonal method are presented. The equation for current efficiency obtained is as: y = 0. 4754-0. 0118x_1 + 0. 05323x_2-1. 901 × 10 ̄(-3) x_3 + 0. 1099x_4 + 0. 01526x_1x_2 + 5. 319 ×10 ̄(-3)x_1x_3-0. 01433x_1x_4 -0. 02897x_2x_3 + 9. 356 × 10 ̄(-3)x_2x_4+ 0. 02037x_3x_4-. The equation is in good agreement with the experimental data with high reliability proved hy significance and reliability tests,thus may be used for predicting and controlling the process. The results showed that the regressiveerthogonal method made the experimentation simpler and the analyzing of the experimental data and optimization easier, and also povided with high experimental accuracy.
