摘要
本文针对企业实际问题,根据已有的球面轴承几何模型和受力及分布特点,以增大球面轴承摩擦阻力矩为目标函数,以对影响球面轴承使用寿命的主要结构参数为变量,建立起相应的数学模型,利用复合形法进行优化设计。优化结果为解决这一实际问题提供了甚有价值的理论依据。现场实践表明该优化设计是成功的。
This paper, on the basis of the geometrical pattern of the spherical bearing and the distribution ofits working forces. establinshes a mathematical model ,whose objective function is to increase the momnet of the frictiona force of the bearing and whose variable is the structural parameter which affects the service life. The model presents a valuable theroy especially beneficial to seeking the complex mathod which is a mesns of making optimum design. The practice shows that the design achieves its aim.
