摘要 利用大鼠胚胎中脑细胞作原代微团培养,研究了不同浓度的神经生长因子(NGF2.5s)对中脑细胞分化的影响。结果表明:微团中的集落形成率明显增加,并且显示了剂量一效应关系。我们认为神经生长因子(NGF2.5s)能促进中脑细胞的生长。 The micromass culture from rat embryo midbrain were used to study the effect of nerve growth factor 2.5s(NGF)on the dif-ferentiation and growth of the cultured neurons.Inthis experiment the morphologic changes of the micromassed were observed with light microscope and the rate of colony formation in micelle was caculated.The results show that NGF can stimulate differentiation of neurones.In the culture plate contained NGF the rate of colony formation is higher than that in the control group and the increase of the rate retains dose-effect relationship.This study indicates that NGF can promote the growth and differentiation of the embryo neurons in vitro.
