摘要
土的地震液化具有地基失效和隔振双重效应。本文在分析了这两种效应的基础上，提出了一种综合评价方法。
Soil Liguefaction has dual effects,that is soil loses its capscity and has the function of isolation.Tn this paper a Comprehensive method of liguefaction assessment has been suggested according to the dual effects.
