作为化工自备热电厂,其运行技术管理如何能做到既体现行业管理特点,又能与化工工艺生产技术管理接轨,实现二者的有机统一,这是一个十分现实的新课题.本文以实践为基础,提出在化工自备热电厂运用生产工艺技术管理,并就其特点、属性、管理范围,实际应用中需建立的管理文件规程,考核激励奖惩等一整套的管理体系以及取得的成果和存在的问题都作了介绍.旨在提高化工自备热电厂的运行管理技术水平,保证稳定长周期的供电供热.
It is a new practical topic for a self-prepared thermal power plant in chemical industry that how the operation technics management to materialize its own character, but connect with the production technics management, and to realize the combination with each other.Based on practice, this essay proposes the production technics management in self-prepared thermal power plant in chemical industry, introducing its characteristics, range of attribute management , the essential document regulations, management system of checking, rewarding, punishment etc. , the acquired achievements and the problems existed.
