摘要
通过对废水处理系统中与废水接触的设备和构筑物表面所形成的污垢的成份分析,确定出在酸性工业废水中和处理系统中污垢的主要成份为CaSO4(可合两个结晶水);其含量占74.4~94.8%,在生化处理系统中污垢的主要成份为CaCO3,含量占95.7~96.3%,探讨了污垢的形成机理,阐述了废水中Ca2+,SO42-以及CO32-离子的来源,提出了减轻结垢现象应采取的措施。
With analysis of scale deposits formed on the surface of the equipments and structures for waste water treatment,CaSo4 (CaSo4. 2H2O) is determined as the main composition in acid waste water treatment system with the content of 74. 4 - 94. 8%, and CaCO3 in bilchemical treatment system with the content of 95. 7 - 96. 3 % . The source of Ca2+,So42- and CO32- and scale fo rmation mechanism are explained. The countermeasures to reduce scale deposits are put forward.
