摘要
应用甲醇一水(80:20)为流动相,在Shim-PackC18柱上,以对硝基苯胺为内标物,于290nm波长下紫外检测,建立了以2,4-二硝基氯苯为原料合成的2,4-二硝基氟苯产品的高效液相色谱分析方法,方法的相对标准偏差为1.8‰。2,4-二硝基氟苯进样量在0.4~8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000)。
A high performance liguid chromatography method has been developed for deter-mination of 2, 4 -dinitrofluorobenzene manufactured by 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene. The presentassay utilizes a Shim -Pack C18 column and ultraviolet detection at 290nm. p - Nitroaniline isused as an internal standard in the procedure. The mobile phase consists of methanol -water(80: 20, v/v). The coefficient of variation is 1. 8%,. The calibration curve of 2, 4 - dinitrofluo-robenzene is linear (r=1. 0000) over 0. 4~8μg range.
