大鼠肝纤维化氨基酸谱的变化及药物的调整作用 被引量:1

摘要 实验发现CCl4高脂低蛋白所致的大鼠肝纤维化模型的血清支链氨基酸(BCAA)均显著下降(P<0.01),芳香族氨基酸(AAA)中酪氨酸升高,BCAA/AAA比值显著下降(P<0.001),而经319肝平胶囊防治者上述变化明显较轻。此外,氨基酸谱的变化与血清白蛋白、ALT、肝组织γ-GT等指标的变化有显著的相关性。表明:①该模型血氨基酸谱与临床慢性肝病患者的血氨基酸谱变化基本一致,进一步肯定了其模型价值;②319肝平胶囊对其异常的氨基酸谱变化具有调节作用。 n this study, it was found that the branched- chain amino acid(BCAA)was decreased markedly inthe serum of the model rats with hepaticfibrosis induced by CC14,highfat and low proteins but tyrosincof the aromatic amino acid((AAA)was increased. The ration of BCAA/AAA reduced markedly (P<0.001).The above changes were minimzed by prevention and treatment of 319 Gan Ping capsula. There was aclose relation between the change of Serum amino acid Spectrum and the chang of serum albuminlevel,ALT activity and liver γ-GT activity. These results suggested that:(1)The serum amino acidspectrum in this model was similar to the one in patients with shronic liver disease,herefore,the prac-tical value of thes model was cofirmed.(2)319 Gan Ping capsula was possessed of the regulatory effect on the abnonnal change of serum amino acid spectrum.
