摘要
用转铁蛋白受体(TFR)单抗OKT9,以免疫电镜技术,对肝细胞癌(HCC)TFR的表达作亚细胞定位研究。结果表明,TFR电镜下呈电子密度较高的颗粒状物质。肝癌细胞大量表达,正常肝细胞不表达或少量表达。肝癌细胞的TFR分布在胞膜,但更多地分布在胞浆。从而证实先前定性与定量的研究结果。并根据TFR所在位置,就其在细胞内的动态过程作了探讨。

ultrastructurally localized by means of immunoelectron microscopical
technique. Results indicatedthat under electron microscope, TFR
appeared as granular material with higher electronic density. Agreat
number of TFR were found in liver cancer cells, but a few or even no
in normal liver cells. Immunoreactivity to TRF was localized
dominantly in cytoplasm on rough endoplasmic reticulum,
smallvesicles, and coated pits,occasionally was found on microvilli
in canalicular lumina,The result demon- strated our previous
qualitative and quantitative studies.The kinetics of TFR in liver
cancer cell was also discussed on the basis the localization of TFR.
