摘要
记述我国广东省鼎湖山珠甲螨属1新种,命名为叉珠甲螨,新种Damaeus(Tectodamaeus)furcatus Wang et Lu, sp. nov.
Damaeus (Tectodamaeus) furcatus Wang et Lu sp. nov. (figs. 1-7)Length 905. 8 μm; width 612. 7 μm. Cerotegument filamentous.Propodolateral apophysis (P) flat,furcated at the tip. With a pair of tubercles on dorsum of acetabulum I. Sensillum smooth, tapering distally. Three, pairs of tubercles Da,Ba,Bp on prodorsum.Spinae adnatae absent from notogaster. Notogastral setae c, I, h series tapering, slightly spine-like, pseudanal setae subflagellate. Propoventral and ventrosejugal enantiophysis (T, V ) complete. Parastigmatic enantiophysis Sa slightly curved, Sp and discidium (di) triangular.Leg Ⅳ 1. 6 times body length. Setae formulas of legs: trochanter 1-1-2-1;femora7-6-5-4; genua 4(1)-4(1)-3(1)-2; tibiae 4(2)-4(1)-3(1)-3(1); tarsi; 21(2)-18(2)-18-15. Femora Ⅰ , Ⅱbearing a tubercle at proximal 1/3 respectively.Holotype (W-94-3, dissected specimen, body in alcohol, legs mounted). Ⅴ . 1994,Mt. Dinghu (23. 1°N, 112. 5°E) in Guangdong Province, from soil under trees. Type specimen kept in the Institute of Zoology,Academia sinica.This new species belongs to the subgenus Tectodamaeus in Damaeus for absence of spinae ad-natiae and with only two setae on genus Ⅳ , It'is similar to D. (T. ) spiniger Wang, 1994 in femo-.ra Ⅰ, Ⅱ with unusually tubercles and notogastral setae tapering,spine-like, but there are two peculiar charecters in this species which are not known in all known species of the genus Datnaeus:1. propodolateral apophysis(P) furcated at the tip;2. with a pair of tubercles on dor-sum of acetabulum I .
