摘要
对3～60KV电网中性点的接地方式、无间隙金属氧化物避雷器参数的选择等问题进行了分析和探讨，并对应用于小电流接地系统中的一些新技术作了简要介绍。
The paper discusses the neutral point earthing method and the selection ofmetal oxide surge arresters in 3~60 kv power system. It also introduces thetechnologies applied to the small current earthing system.
